We made it for our 0700 appointment.. barely.

Only had one Landstar driver try and bully his way to front of line, then ran the car behind me off the road almost into the bridge.
We had to come to full stop, and guy ahead of me got out and went to yelling something to LS driver.
I couldn’t understand all the gibberish.

signs 4 miles back saying left lane closed, he went by me acting as if he was playing the drums/mixer board.

Gamerboy wanted to know why they haven’t started to load us yet, as we’re waiting by the spout, he doesn’t understand why.
I told him we were just #### on their shoes and when THEY get ready to load, they’ll get our paperwork from their scales, then pull us under the spout to load.

Told him that’s what makes everyone run hard and without lunch to make the other appointment, just so you can wait on the other end for someone else.

Well he is driving a black Kenworth. Black Peterbilt or Kenworth always have the right of way.

The OM is up. Which means I'm up.

The OM is up but laying on my chest. And she's in EXTREME purr.

    So.

We just pulled under load out, and have been asked, “Are we going to stop for breakfast.”
    I was expecting it.
“There’s some 2 week old bologna, 3 week old Cajun turkey, one loaf of bread is 2 weeks old, one 3 weeks, and a package of mystery meat.”

“Why didn’t you get something good?”
Me “Cause nobody wanted to go to the store, I’m used to it, there’s some single serving packages of spam, too, maybe a 7 course bbq dinner.”

    “That sounds good.”
He didn’t like it when I got one for him..

Then said, “You always wanted to go camping, this will prepare you for it, I’m used to it.”
