So Victoria has drug me to the doctor because of my left leg sciatica. I am currently sitting in a room while she glowers at me with a look the OM would give an A+ for. Apparently "I'll be ok" is not an OK answer to her when it's been ongoing for 6 weeks.

    So,,
    Unloaded corn at Corning AR.
    100 miles from home.
My reload is in WEINER AR.
    Home of The Weiney People?

Got a load back to that freaking Smuckers at Frontenac,.. then my reload in Wichita brings me back to the Amish village.

Anyway, tomorrow’s load is about 40 miles away from my hometown, BUT in between my current location and home.
I would go home, eat, shower, relax, sleep on my side of the bed, which keeps somehow smaller.
I gotta run to bed first and sprawl out or I got this little section just barely big enough to lay on your side without being in the floor.

If I go home, my boss may fire me for driving 40 miles passed destination, then 40 miles back for 0900 tomorrow appointment.

I know my boss and I have had this discussion many times over the years, and I try to do the right thing, always, but I think he’s getting tired of telling me what to do, and me doing my own thing.

I’m about to head home, another good saying I use a lot, “It’s better to ask forgiveness, than permission.”

After the doctor got done hurting me he seemed to be like a kid with a new toy. None of my pain seems to be related to anything in my spine, but rather what he referred to as "true sciatica". Picking up a couple of prescriptions for nerve pain, as well as an anti-inflammatory. Since I can't exactly see a physiotherapist while OTR he has some exercises he recommends to add to my already increasing list of stretches.

If he can't afford an employ to drive an occasional OOR, he is in the wrong business.

True Sciatica? WTF? You could have told him that!! Lol. Never heard of such a thing. Usually it’s pinched somewhere, spine, across hip joint. Somethings aggravating it. There’s a whole line of thinking, that all pain is a product of the brain. Obviously endorsed by those who’ve never had a seriously pinched nerve. I’d like to drive a nail into their forehead. Telling them, it really doesn’t hurt, it’s all in your head. Lol. The stretches and exercises can help. 15 minutes, Every two hours in the bunk. Find out what helps most. Do more of them. Simple obvious stuff, I know. It sucks when it’s the only option. Had to do that after surgery. No time for appointments. One visit, learned the exercises, did them in the bunk. Drove on my elbows for about a year.
