If any of you travel back in time, aside from those that are rooted in the past, you will find that the Frontier Travel Plaza was the first truck stop in the Official Name That Truck Stop thread ( which was frowned upon by those that frown upon fun things ).

Be glad when the end of this year comes. Mr Ring seems to think the wet year is dry and has me mowing field grass. He wants it bagged. Well my mower will bag grass with out issues if the grass isnt any taller than 5 inches. Meaning 10 days max here in Maine. Nope, he is waiting 3+ weeks and the grass is 18+ inches tall. Very hard on the mower. Even harder on my knees when I have to go empty the blower jammed up with tall grass. One more month, the the grass wont be growing like gangbusters

It was a 'theme party' for my FIL's birthday.
Every year, it's the same old stuff. Dress up in something I don't really like and go to his birthday party. No big deal, really. He owns a bar and therefore.....

My boys on either side......Pappa John next to me, Pappa John's newest concubine in front of him, and Hazul next to me.
It was a very large time.
There's a strip bar next to his. So, 3 generations of degenerates went. Son on the left scored (I believe it was commercial company, but nevertheless).
    Still, a pretty large time.

I heard a guy bragging earlier he survived that big hill going to Chattanooga.

I said what Monteagle? I hope so, that’s probably the easiest mountain you’ll ever see, if that one scared you, you should really look for a new career.

Everyone thought I was the bad guy, must’ve hurt his pride.
I said my advice may save his life in the future.

I always told the ones I trained about mountains, and if you’re unfamiliar with the road, slow down, it’s not a race you don’t have to be first.
Do trainers not teach mountain driving anymore?

When I look at nature in all it's wonders I do think there is a God; Then when I look at the idiocy in this world I realize if there is, then he doesn't like us much.

Red pepper was just right. This one, from a different plant but bought at the same place is supposed to be a jalapeño. No heat at all. Bamboozled by the Amish once again.

picked to early. Has no color. Thus no flavor.
