Lol, I totally forgot to set it on the grill, I will later... My youngest is napping right now and I cant get to it without disturbing him.
But I did put a tape measure on it and it looks as it will indeed fit perfect.

I have a 13.2 steer axle. I'm thinking more the weight limits spec'd out by the DOT.

Running OTR I was constantly at 12,400 to 12,700 on my steers... Never had DOT ever bat an eye at it... But I dont run CA, so there is that.

At risk of stating the obvious, most of the heat in peppers is the seeds. For a milder experience remove the seeds.

I'm a habanero aficionado. Look for hot sauce recipes online. Main ingredients typically peppers and carrot with many variations beyond that.

Best I can gather the limiting factor in hog production is the stench. They send a plume of extremely foul air several miles downwind. Stay out of Iowa during manure spreading time.

Pigs are extremely social most of the time... Unless it is really hot they will nearly lay on each other even if there is enough room that they dont have to. So the whole "pigs need space" thing is just some humans idea of what is needed... Not how nature made the animals.

Willing to eat the bacon, but not willing to suffer the inconvenience of the byproduct for a few miles.
THIS MY FRIENDS is what's wrong with America today.
    But, I'll admit, it's rank.
