    That looks like a puncture one of my steers got when I was hauling steel utility poles. Tire guy found a long skinny chunk of welding slag. The yard was full of these chunks. Boss got magnets to hang off the loaders' forklifts after that. He hated paying the tire guy.

    You didn't go driving through a flatbed place, did you?

    God only knows. You try and be as careful as possible. I'm thinking maybe a piece of wood on the highway with a nail sticking up or similar.
