What if it Snows?

Yeah, I took backroads through Cairo, met a day cab on the skinny bridge crawling, riding right on the line, I figured if we gonna hit, we’ll make it hurt.
I floored it, he scooted a bit, our mirrors had to be close, but I couldn’t move anymore without hitting bridge with mirror,

 

Hell, that's top tier in the middle of winter around Williston or Dickenson.

 

Never been in but used as a landmark to visit 2 daughters in Lex, KY. Going from Tupelo to Lex, KY, I zig zagged up thru MS to Henderson,TN, then more Z and Z got me over thru Parsons,TN and to I40. Run it on in to near Nashville and 155/Briley around to I65 and to the Blue Grass and on to Lex. Coming back, seeing it's signage told me get off here for Parsons and back home

No I40 in my 50's trucking thru there, it was US45N to Henderson and TN100 on in to the river in downtown Nashville.
Tried that a year or so ago for old times and found it populated with city limits sign back to back on same post. Progress.

 

Its been a long day... I just drop 2 cigarette butts into a 3/4 full beer... It was still cold even.

Not for ac, but for lights, it’s dark, Schneider came in here and about wiped out two(2) different trailers, a flatbed first, then a dry van next.

Thats about how far I made it before one of the butts reached my lips... Then the cold reality of what I had done set in.
