    A hopper shouldn’t tip anywhere, sometimes with these big tall trailers you’ll get to park on a burm or edge of ditch to lean so their... antiquated auger buggies can get over the side to load.

    Think I'd just as soon tip a dump on its side as have to chip a load out of a hopper into a pit that cant handle much more than a spades worth at a time....
