I'm just kidding. This last time I drove OTR I think the best I did in one day was 810 and I only did that once. Back in the day I never did more than 575 and I had the logs to prove it.

That's how long my paid workday was today. Granted I slept for nearly half of that, but I was paid so it counts.

I hit the end of my 14 hour window at a Poland Springs. Told the guard shack. They let me take my 10 on the property.

 

Yesterday I started at 0700, parked at 2130
Missed Hogan’s Hereos
Loaded 7, delivered 6, so the place opens at 0700 til 1900, I’ll drop preload and start over again until we get corn knocked out.

 

Wondering if Dave is still at Safeway

 

My only time there, was almost 9 hours after my appointment!

 

Yech! The worst I had was at said Poland Springs and took 6 hours to unload the truck
