Lol... If I had the means it would be built already. The is more of a "want" for later in life, than a "need" for anytime.

But the way the economy is going one can only surmise if building will be practical in the future. I think this country is heading for a crash that will rival the Great Depression and Dust Bowl era

Agree with you. I think people do not realize how much pent up debt is due to landlords on rental housing and banks/finance factors on automobiles. The COVID protection on rental evictions and the leniency of lenders on collections of car loans is going to come to a screeching halt Dec 31, 2021. Stockholders will want to know "What happened", and the unworking ones will have spent the stimulus. I just noticed a few days ago that credit card companies were "noticing"an uptick in delinquency. Really on it...
