They used the 2 strokes a lot on River Tugs. My Uncle had one that leaked so much oil, it had a catch pan. Once a week, they added some chemicals to it, and pumped it into the Mississippi River. All Legal. Permits paid. Lol. Kind of like the Ford Plant that had a paid permit to dump 180k xylene and toulenol into the Detroit Sewers. Oh yeah, don’t forget to recycle. Lol.
