What if it Snows?

What’s up with this corn? Lots of it dried up, just starting to harvest. Maybe I never noticed it. Indian corn? Feed corn? Ethanol corn? Subsidy paid, who cares let it rot corn?

I’d say feed corn, it has to dry, usually dry enough to cut when the shuck turns upside down instead of holding the corn up.

Most places around here won’t accept it over 15 moisture

Actually she is. Divorced a loser several year ago and been making her and daughters way very well ever since. Has her home in KY, works remotely for a construction company in St Louis as a paralegal. Overseeing the details of two retirement complexes now, one in MO and other in KY.

Well, I’m Solo. Sent the wife packing in a rental car. Dr and Dentist, and family in town. Found the one available car for hundreds of miles around. Went to pick it up yesterday, and gave the Guy the wrong card. Got it mixed up with other card used for her Amazon purchases. 2 attempts with wrong card got Us locked out of the “System”. Tried to place another reservation, but after 5:00, “ The System” wouldn’t accept it. Guys still open, waiting on someone else. I call Customer Service. No can do. “The System” is “The System”. Frustrated, I took a 20 minute nap. 4 hrs later got woke up by a City Cop. “You can’t park here in Downtown Findlay. Cant you read the sign? Wife said I just laughed cynically every time She tried to wake me up. Got going, wife went to sleep. Got loaded, got the car before noon. Got showered and had a good meal. 32 hrs since last meal. She was pretty cranky. Where are We? I thought you said we were showering before picking up. I’m starving. I hollered back, I went the wrong way! Missed the Truckstop!! Fire shot 4 ft out of her her mouth. Had to close the curtains on her and turn up the radio. It all worked out.Got the Load, Got the car, Good showers, good meal. She’s already home. Just Me and the Dogs. All the women are getting together later this week. I’d rather be working. Nice and peaceful, despite the Train passing by every 20 minutes. It’s dark. Time to go to work.
