    I would be hesitant to CUT ANY WIRE in that situation. (prior to making sure they are disconnected at the source first) That harness is wired into the ECU and God knows what other expensive electronic controls. Would be a quick way to short out those wires and fry some pretty spendy stuff!! Just my $.02
