Until hair follicle and random scale house drug tests are conductive, this won’t go away.

 

we could only hope, the employer gets bankrupted. i seriously do believe the laws are not tough enough. i can "see" this jerk get off with no more than (say) one year in jail (if that) and a suspended license and he might be here someday in the future asking if anyone will hire him!

there are ways to find out if it's medical or drug/alcohol related. just ask him, "you drunk, you on drugs" ?, and he will admit to it, then beat him down.

the stroke or other medical person would be knocked out. the drug/alcohol person would be in a somewhat relaxed state and not tensed up. a stroke or heart attack person would be having facial features depicting pains. a diabetic would be passed out as well....so wait till you beat him down.

 

i hope that with all the mandates we have been faced with and passed, hair follicle testing comes to fruition.

then a ban of (say) 10 years MINIMUM for no CDL or CDL job. if found to have used ANY drug AT any time prior to the testing.

after that 10 year ban, a probationary period of 50 years. mess up anytime with in that 50 years, permanent ban and mandatory jail time, reverting back to the original ban, meaning 10 years minimum in jail.

hey, i'll bet dollars to donuts, many citizen rights groups, politicians will get on that with NO problemo.

hey, i think we are ALL TIRED of this crap. how many times have YOU read, or saw on the news some CDL driver "got away with" what he did, with no more than a slap on his wrist, all the while YOU have seen changes we have to live with?

don't YOU think those CDL drivers are the root cause?

Uh please don't make fun of me, this is a serious question.

I have 1 DUI, 1 failed drug test, 1 reckless,1failure to obey a traffic control device, 1 crossing center line, and 1 rollover. What company will hire me and do they do hair follicle test?
