What not to do on a traffic stop

Big lawsuit coming and I hope the driver wins.

 

Cop, as usual, is a complete jerk off. He has all the drivers documents, he will obviously be coming back to his rig once he's done in the bathroom, just let him go.
Now, the driver could have been a little more cool about it too, both were idiots.

 

He was going to go in and take a dump while blocking the fuel island. He deserved to get tased just for that LOL

 

So, what threat did the officer feel he was justified to use a taser on him?
