When they decided they were the God of the bottom feeders.

To the OP:
Tell your husband to go over the DM and his trainer and report his problem directly to the safety department. Don't do it from the qualcomm where you have a chance of the trainer seeing the messages, but have him call the safety department. This should have been done the moment his DM started giving him problems.Last edited: Feb 26, 2013

Yes they will put an abandonment on his DAC and yes he will not drive for quite some time, so don't abandon the truck unless he is going to change careers.
Tell your hubby to do whatever it is they ask of him and GET OUT as soon as he can without breaking England's rules. Chances are they are going to tarnish his DAC with something anyway just don't let it be truck abandonment. Save your money too before he quits. These mega-carriers usually run up a hefty bill of money they think you will owe them for damages to the truck. Be prepared, its going to happen!

He will not drive for a bottom feeder using DAC . We get that . Now you need to get there are many carriers out there that acknowledge there is good reason drivers leave CRE and will readily hire drivers that have only been with CRE a short time .

Amen. The sad thing about CR England (which is the only thing..sad) is they are a very old company,so they have more experience in "shafting" employees. The DAC is comparable to the IRS for red tape and bureaucracy. Even if you are right and they are wrong ,is almost a fight til death to rectify something a vengeful company has submitted. I know I'm an old timer ,and this will draw the ire of those who would defend such things DAC,qualcoms, and E logsetc etc, but the only benefit I have witnessed from the aforementioned subjects, is it has only served to exacerbate the decadence of the industry.MNdriver Thanks this.
