Yep that's exactly what they would have done

 

I have had hem try hard and long to get me to admit to falsifying my logs, I always end up telling them to write me a speeding ticket if they want to and I will see them in court, so far no takers, but I have heard of it.

 

I'm not trying to say that the man was falsifying his log, I guess more/less what I'm saying is they WILL MAKE IT HIS FAULT THAT HE GOT RAN INTO the officer is at fault as well but that wont make 6 o'clock news.

 

I look at this, I don't see any crash way up ahead or a plane landing or anything else, so why is the CHP trying to slow down traffic? They didn't have their quota of traffic delays in the area that day?

 

go back and review the video..at or about the 5:20 point and above, there IS a car crash, that had been cleared off the highway, an onto a get off ramp....

after the cop passes that crash, he let's em go...

 

I saw that, but why prevent the left three lanes from going where they want?

 

A few years ago, several cars had a rolling road block heading south into jacksonville florida on enight. hey were hanging new road signs above the interstate. Lots of whining on the radio, but one trucker in particular couldn't or wouldn't belive they were hanging signs, and kept asking what really was going on. I finally told him an airplane had crashed and it was going to be a while before they turned us loose/
I got off and took some backwoods route around Jacksonville and back to the interstate, he followed and after we got back on the big road started warning northbound drivers about the plane crash, this kept up for miles, and I just kept quiet. lol

 

I had a CHP get mad and try to make me get back in the lane an accident was blocking, because trucks were not allowed in the third lane for any reason and I wouldn't slow down his precious four wheelers.

 

Cops have been doin this @#$%^ for years.
