That pile is probably in Mexico running freight to Nogales. I’m going to ask what happened to it...

 

Left that Love's in Canaan, NY right after I got my 70 again and came to the receiver's dock... it's going to be a quiet night... so I hope... and I hope the residents of the condo next to me can't hear the noise of my APU.... I am not very far from their windows....

Drove from Vegas to the Grand Canyon and back today
Everyone should go and see it , it is amazing

 

Saw the bottom of the grand canyon for a river rapid expedition when I was 19. Heck even went camping in the maze country (or what ever its called). It is a beautiful place.

 

Well the shipper said they were open yesterday. But they weren’t. Guess it’s the religious thing. Anyway I hope they had fun and their kids found lots of eggs. Heading there this morning.

Training update:

You know one thing I would like is a single trainee who when I say we should go wheels up at 0630 or whatever is actually ready to go at 0630. Some of these trainees act like I’m their mom waking them for school. I let them all know I hope they like flipping burgers, because when they’re solo I will still be showing up early, grabbing the last MT and getting the next load and they can sit there sleeping not making any money. Eventually they’ll blame their carrier for not making money, and go get a job for minimum wage and tell stories about how they were a driver once.
