She’s great. Honestly the best trainee I’ve had. Smart, motivated, and really wants to learn everything I know.

 

So she finished training on the first day by lunch?

If I had been running solo I would’ve drove home while it was still light, and then found a place to fix the next day. But since she was on the clock I’m not going to play dice with her CDL.

The TA did a bang up job fixing it.

We’re in Santa Nella, Ca and she got us about 600 miles from delivery. I’m about to get under the wheel.

Hopefully my backhaul affords me possibility of getting home tomorrow night or Monday.

LOL. You can’t add much to a cup that is already full. Thankfully @062 has already pointed out that it should only take 1/2 a day. So the onus is on you....to be better at driving a truck than a 27 year old girl who’s a former bikini model. No pressure.

 

She wins! My goals are fairly simple. 1) don’t flip that ##### 2) Park it without taking out 8 trucks in the process 3) keep us off the evening news.

I just saw your text. She’s about 45 hours through her 150. Maybe 3 more weeks at most.

My Qualcomm is acting all screwy. I’ll walk in and see head of training when I get to the yard next week so they can beat my QC with a ####ing hammer.
