Where Are You Continues, Again.....

At home. Had a soak, then pizza for supper with the fam.

Had a preplan for Tuesday that got cancelled. So I'm off Tuesday, also.

Breaks my heart.......

Yes, ma'am.. all up my street. Pretty much live on Amish food and produce; brown eggs and all. I'm even thinner than the wife... maybe?!?!? (She eats too much avocados.. no joke!)
Just kidding, wife.. oops!

I miss posting my adventures and venting here... and the pictures... I already have TONS of those from this past week... cause the events don't stop happening.... Had more breakdown, more repairs, very little sleep, working too hard... and running at night again... I will save the pictures for another time... gotta go to bed.... will hit the road at 1 am central.... Y'all take care....

Ohh.. I will catch up with y'all some time....
And now I am in Roswell, NM... came from Laredo.... and going to UT.... and then to ID and then to OH....

 

Headed to my home 20 for a 8 hour break.

Tomorrow morning it’s off to Kent, Wa.

 

Gotta talk to one of my DSP.... all the loads he gives me now are 45,000 44,000 and 43,000 lbs... gimmie a break... and most of the places we go are little places... Next load is supposed to be 44,000 picking up far from everything, in the middle of nowhere and shipper doesn't have a scale....

 

Driving during the day on holiday is a pain.... hate when a smart ### 4 wheeler decides to waste a truck driver's time and inconvenience every body behind him on the road... I bet he was doing that to aggravate me... What a freakin IDIOT!
Going up and down lots of very steep hills on an undivided 2 way road.... the idiot perceives that I am in a hurry but couldn't pass him in time, so he keeps stepping on his brakes from the top of the hill and all the way down.... doing 49 and 55 mph and looking at me on his mirror....
Trying to control myself but cursing at the idiot all the way... for 20 minutes or so... A HUGE line of traffic formed behind us.... I started calling his attention and pointing to the line behind me... What a freakin moron...
But the first good opportunity I saw to pass the moron, I did so and left him in the dust.... and the moron took the next exit to the rest area... SOB....

 

And I was pushing hard to be able to park at another truck stop... but with all the delays, lots of holiday tourists, and traffic jam in Moab, UT and the freakin moron, I had to park at another truck stop....
