Were there 3 trucks involved in that? Pic looks like one crunched up in the middleRocks Thanks this.
-
No sir... only 2 trucks... the white one seen on the shoulder in the last picture was not involved... it was just parked on the shoulder with the trooper...
I guess the truck that was hit from behind slowed down when he saw the white truck on the shoulder and the trooper and the other truck hit him because he couldn't stop in time...MartinFromBC, 062, Last Time Around and 1 other person Thank this. -
Thx....I see it now. Sad Part is, from the first picture, looks like room to get over for both.... but angles are hard to judge in pictures. Hell, a few pictures down, with the smoke, I'd have sworn 3 trucks.... til I looked at it with your info.MartinFromBC, 062 and Rocks Thank this.

BTW...good job on your following distance.MartinFromBC, 062, Rocks and 1 other person Thank this.

Yes... there was traffic... and everybody was rushing... as usual... I wonder if the driver who hit the white truck was distracted and/or following too close.... Gosh... I hate when folks follow me too close.. I slow down and let them pass me...
Well... now I am going to bed... for sure.... Y'all take care and stay safe....
MartinFromBC, 062 and MagnumaMoose Thank this. -

Just kidding @Rocks !Rocks, MACK E-6, MartinFromBC and 2 others Thank this. -
Haha I would never ghost you!!!! I just had to visit an out of town grandparent. I am not on any type of truck because every time I try to move forward the circumstances change. I am going to teach for a bit longer until I can move forward in a more responsible manner. The summer got away from me and things just did not go as planned.Rocks and MartinFromBC Thank this.

The cold storage that was my last pick yesterday called 26 times last night while I was asleep.
I wonder if they screwed up or if they really miss me?Rocks, MartinFromBC and MagnumaMoose Thank this. -
Glad you were far enough back to be able to stay out of that mess.
I got back yesterday evening from prudhoe. Took a load up wensday in the daytime (woohoo) rare deal for me, but that is 2 in a row.
We have so many wildfires burning, smoke was a killer here in town, was glad to get the load and get out of it, that didn't pan out, infact it was down right miserable. The heavy smoke lasted 460 or70 miles, just finally cleared up 30 miles or so from the beach.
In stead of coming back part way like normal, I slept my full 10 hours right there, and some of it had cleared up before I came back.Rocks, 062 and MartinFromBC Thank this.
