It was getting above 76 in the house last week from the sunshine. I had to turn the ac on. You realize that you're almost in Canada ? Jed, move away from there, just load up the Truck and go to Beverly !

 

Beverly's a terrible cook! He'd starve.....

Now her sister is A-1 rated in the kitchen I could see shacking up with the sister.
