Where is Hinson, OK? It doesn't show on Google map... Is it close to Oklahoma City?

I find this to be so humorous, due to the fact our drivers didn't get a 34 hour restart the previous week. One driver actually was going to refuse his load because the QC told him he HAD to take a 34 NOW. When the boss told me this, I started laughing, because even I know the 34 hour IS NOT required. Lord knows it's been drilled into my head numerous times by Rocks, Pete, Pony, Otter, Watchman, 'olhand, Hammer, and everybody else I can't think of right off hand. I really do pay attention to the stuff y'all say and learn from it. I'd love to direct some drivers here and see if they can learn anything.

I rolled in about 19:30 with 8 completed deliveries. Only thing even remotely like a normal Friday was after I had the bed of my truck full of two crates they want me to pick up at SDV. But since it was only going out the gate and turn right I got them to put the pallet on top of the back crate and drove easy over there.

EVER so much quicker than I had any right to believe I made the last three and done by 18:30.

No weekend or first thing Monday assignment. Asked the dispatcher about rumors I've been hearing. Only thing he knew is that Frankie's truck is being retired as it is a DOT cops dream!
He said as far as he knew they were going to get a "new" truck. But then Roland is a dispatcher and is not in the inner circle....

    About an hour west...

Hinson, Hinton... it's all the same. A little burg with not much to recommend it beyond a spot to park the truck off of the big road! Fortunately I noticed that before I wrote it down on el log book-o!

    :D

    Snicker! The kids these days...

They quit screaming after 15 or 20! :biggrin_2559:
