That's kinda what I mean about the Atlanta 500 and Red Flags!
The only worse traffic I ever saw besides Atlanta were The GW Bridge in NYC and Chicago!

HAHAHAH.... Yes.... At other hrs, folks on I-285 just drive as if they were in a race... most local trucks and 4 wheelers specially...

 

I hate Washington, MD, Baltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA... Yes... and depending on what time,I- 35 Waco, TX, Houston, TX, I-10 Baton Rouge, La... and also Pittsburgh, PA, I-24/ I-40 / I-65 Nashville, TN... erhhh... there's more but I will leave the rest for another time...

 

I lived in Atlanta for 4 yrs I know how the traffic works lol I can't control what time they want me to arrive and I sure as heck ain't gonna sit in Atlanta over night to avoid traffic. I will take my time. I have paper logs

 

Lotta hatin goin on--LOL--BUT--gotta agree w/Pete on this one--DFW anything from 35E-north of 30 is totally tore up--major PITA gettin anything done round there--not to mention 35 itself most of the way from Dallas to Austin!
KW in Dearborn--really gettin up in the world--Id feel safer at Eastern Mkt--at least the bangers there speak English(kinda)and the foods good! Most of Dearborn is identical to Beirut-only Dirtier--Kroger on Shaffer bout the only store w/the Sign in English!
Back at the house--worked all wknd round the area--had few beers w/the Boss-still trying to figure out how to handle new HOS--kinda why I been hangin round lately also---
First time in near 40 years--they kinda got me snookered--wasn't to pleased w/last batch(11/14)but I could work with it---not about to start taking 8-9 days to do what I 've done in 6 1/2----we've been playin math games for months now--and the whole deal sux---I know for most of the t/l types it isn't much of a biggie--but even w/recappin--I can't go past 10 w/out sitting thru the whole 2 overnight thing....and in my case anyway--I can't just do 10 hour on duty days--drops are typically spread out over longer period of time......So Anyway
