Now I am at Walmart in Smyrna, TN...



did my groceries, exercised my skinny legs... had some delicious apricots...

Hey Cranky, you would like this place... there's a Dunkin Donuts just a few yards away... I went there for the restroom but there's nothing there that I would eat... or drink...

Will leave here a little later and will park at my co. warehouse tonight... there might be another driver there... or not... Welll... it doesn't matter...
Tomorrow folks there will load another trailer for me and I will head to another delivery in NC... Man... I have been going back and forth between TN and NC a lot...
Will call person in charge tomorrow and hopefully they will let me park there overnight... Shall see...

 

Yummmm.... the roasted corn and green salad sounds DELICIOUS! BTW, what the green salad consists of?

 

Very nice... Were they dressed in the typical Gaucho outfit?

 

Mostly romaine, raddicio, brocolli florets, shredded carrot, some red onion, vinaigrette dressing.

 

Hmmm.... Yumm, yummm, YUMMM... I like to make a vinaigrette like this... olive oil, vinegar, chopped onions, chopped green pepper, chopped tomatoes, black pepper and salt... this is what they do in Brasil... And sometimes I drop some lime juice on it... OOO LA LA!

 

Iron... you inspired me to go back to Walmart here and buy some lettuce... I LOVE lettuce! And radish, and will prepare some nice salad for tonight... With cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper and carrot... etc, etc...

 

We had roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions. Was kind of dry.
But yummy all the same. Bedtime coming up REAL soon.
