Jeez Louise! I got into SDV at 4:30 (16:30 for you military types)

They trickled out what I was there to pick up and threw a couple more on me for good measure.
The first three went pretty good. Then I hit United Cargo. When they were still company run I knew them and they knew me. Now a third party company does the work and you never see the same people two days in a row. I was at that hellhole until 20:00

Didn't get home untll 21:20 and sleep was the heaviest thing on my mind!

Have two morning assignments. Take 13K to Air France with 10AM cutoff. Take 848# to Air France with no cutoff (I guess that means by 19:00). Of course no plan survives first contact.

Well, the alarm clock on my computer only beeped once so don't think that would've woken me up but fortunately, I figured out how to use the alarm on the truck and that worked. The phone is working today so not sure what happened with that.

I just got a green light and I've got 3 more minutes left for 8 hours in sleeper berth but don't have enough time left from yesterday to get to my first pick up to get there so I sit for 2 more hours. Plus, I need to figure out were to get this light fixed today and still get my pick ups done, knowing the wait in Hutchinson can be a long one.

Yes, but I went through last night after you were sleeping. :(

But, I know that Eaton goes to Hutchinson a lot so thought I might catch him there.

    Maybe next time!

And the wait begins. Only about 10 trucks ahead of me this time so should only be a few hours.

Close, but no cigar... It's Alone Again (Naturally), by Gilbert O'Sullivan..:biggrin_25525:

Zen, don't know where in Hutch you're loading, but if it's the elevator, yep it can be rather slow.

Loaded fertilizer at the Port of Catoosa, will be taking it to Colby on Monday. Guess I'll leave real early in the morning so I can get there shortly after they open. I'll be running the big-road (I-70) from about Salina.

    Home for the weekend..
