Kingston Springs, TN trying to figure out if I40 really is closed in AR or not, I'm getting conflicting info. Guess I'll find out when I get there.

Found a flat drive tire at 3am in Joplin,Mo.,(at least I wound up at the Petro)

 

Looks like both I40 and US70 are closed. That detour is atrocious Running 55 to 12 to 10 adds over 100 miles, though. Decisions, decisions............

There was 2 reports last night on ATN that there was a 21 mile backup on I 40 at the exit they are routing every one off of.

Anyone coming down (south)I65 or I75 into Kentucky headed for I40 west would be better off taking the Parkways over to I24 to the Purchase Parkway to US45W/US51 to I-155 to US412 in Missouri to US67 in Arkansas and run that to Little Rock.

Thats what I would do anyways.

 

Better check 67 it was flooded monday
