Where are you

I swear I passed Injun's sister today.
She was in a non metallic orange prostar pulling a swiftie trailer.
All I know is she was skinny long black hair and ultra hot.
For a second I thought it might have been mama swift herself but the paint wasn't shiny enough and the logo wasn't on the door.
In olney,ill for the night deliver to walmart when I get up.
Then grab a load to hot-lanta then to new mexico. Although I don't see how the heck its new any more.

 

STILL waitin to get our 2nd pick on...had a 5pm "appointment" ca time...yeah right...

 

When my dispatcher called today I offered Monday and he said how about Tuesday 8am.
I said how about 6am and he said that's better.

He actually sounds human....

I'm not a dispatcher but was the 3rd shift admin. I had a new driver that had never ran the route, and the guy who normally ran it was doing the 2nd half of it. I knew the boss man wouldn't answer his phone and if he did he would tell me to call the other driver, so I just cut out the middle man and called the driver. I knew he would be sleeping so he could do his leg, but he did answer and helped the new driver. Later that night he called me and gave a nice arse chewing.

Next night the new driver didn't call him like he was supposed to. 2 hours past the time he was supposed to call, I got a call and got my arse chewed again. I told him after that, I would be responsible for calling him at the correct time and that way if things went wrong at least I would deserve the arse chewing. He apologized and after that, I called him every night until he got back on his normal leg of the run. We got along great after that and he would call me every night just to talk.

I just delivered a load that came out of Canada and wouldn'tcha know it, my next load goes back into Canada.

I'm not complaining about the miles. Those are nice. What I am complaining aboot is the hassles I get at the border each time and not being able to stop at currency exchange because some truckers would rather sleep there instead of near customs where there are plenty of parking spots. Oh and not every place up in Canada takes Visa or US currency.

 

I'm not working there anymore, hon. Tuesday was my last day, now I'm waiting for the temp agency to find me something else.

 

Im parked beside a Wal-Mart in NY. One other truck behind me. I was inside using restroom. I came back out and there is 2 cars at the truck and a bunch of non english speaking going on, not sure what they were speaking. Making me nervous for some reason.
