I'm in Upper BFE, commonly known as the Northwest. Looks like I'll be here for a while longer. I'll be signing a new contract on Monday dedicating me to hauling Wally-wagons out of the DC and back. Out loaded, back empty unless I get the rare call for a backhaul. All miles paid as loaded, so FSC applies to all dispatched miles. It's a little raise for linehaul pay, but a little hit on FSC. After taking into account what I'll be paying for fuel, it all evens out.

Steady miles, home every week, sometimes more often and lots of stop pay. Oh...and not much sitting around waiting to unload or load.

I guess I have my cyber-stalker to thank for this. If it hadn't been for that asinine phone call to Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office, I would still be running OTR. I got a serious pay raise, more rest, see the people I care about more often and don't need to worry about personal security. I'd like to see that idiot call DC security and make a ridiculous complaint that I'm selling drugs out of my truck.
