Got empty and am parked at a no longer viable Citgo Truck Stop that looks like it was something above average when it was functional. Available 06:00 and will be moving sometime after that....

Air loss, apparently, I sprung two more air leaks in the last two days. At this rate, I will have an entire new air system before they look at the CAC.
Air conditioner, likewise, is still leaking refrigerant. It leaks down so far and the computer shuts the compressor down.
Coolant loss is going to the EGR cooler. At least that one seems to be set in stone. Parts are on their way. I requested the DPF be at least checked for function since 5 gallons of coolant has been run through it in the past few days while I looked for a leak and replaced the coolant reservoir cap.
I raised some heck when I got there this morning. Told them to put someone on it besides the squeak-and-rattle boy. Don't want this to turn into another Freightliner saga. Yes, I said that out loud, directly to the International guy. He didn't like being compared to Freightliner...in a negative way.
Off to bed now. Nitey-nite! -

I thought your truck was pretty new? That sounds like a lot of problems to be having with a truck that new.
On my 2000 W9 with the 3406 in it, I had the overhead run once a year, replaced the water lines at 680K, and then rebuilt the transmission at about 775K and I think it took an alternator at about 590K, I never had any issues with the air system.
I also had to go through the front suspension at 620K and the rear at around 700.
That is all I did to the truck in the time I owned it other than small things like lights, and obviously tires.
Makes me sad thinking about it, I really messed up by selling that truck. The next one I bought was another W9 with the 600 cat in it, I had a lot of problems with that truck, it really gave me hell. The #### thing had a phantom electrical issue that would randomly drain the batteries in about 4 hours sometimes to where the truck would not start.
That gave me a lot of heartache. -
