Home for the weekend after being stranded in KC last night, out of hours. Pre-loaded for Monday or Tuesday.. Mom's in the horsepistol, gonna have surgery. First it was scheduled for Saturday, then changed to Monday. They say it was because her potassium levels were too low. I think it was because the doc didn't want to miss out on golf. Well about 8 hrs later it was changed back to Saturday. Either her potassium levels improved over that short time, or the doc saw the weather forecast, high-risk for tornadoes, so golfing went out the window.

Mom's skeered to death of surgery. Seems like she lost family being under the knife. Not real sure if it was surgeries, killin's or the doc waaaay back then was also the butcher and just fergot what job he was doin.. So anyhow told dispatch that I'm going to be there for her. Nice thing about this company is that they do go by the "Family comes first" rule. I was told to just to call him and let him know when I'll be heading out..

Santa Rosa, NM. I had been up most of the day anyway so it's no surprise that I shut down a little bit earlier than I expected. Oh and this recovery truck goes 65. Whee!

A friend of mine asked me if we could swap loads for next week last night,I WAS going to Portland,he WAS going to Phoenix and Colton,CA..Now I know why he walks funny..-He has webbed feet..And his first name IS Donald..

I'm starting out for Phoenix,AZ tomorrow sometime.
