A very small booth, in a not very large building, on a plot of land beside the highway just inside of Idaho. Sign said somethin' about resting...

Well, my boss now has a boss. She has spent the last 2 days with us, getting to know us, finding out what all we do. Very nice lady. My boss asked me this evening if she had talked to me about being hired on full time with the pumpkin. Told him she had said she was still waiting for approval. He explained that they have to hire basically by how long you have been a temp. I will definitely be hired, I just have to wait for my number to come up. Bad part, it's throughout all of SNI, not just a few selected locations.

Didn't have to haul beans today!! I think Bunge was full. Went past there twice today and only seen about 5 trucks. So instead I drove back and forth across U-50 (Hartford, KS to Plevna, KS) hauling 10/32" Chips. Bummer though, construction company is paving a stretch, so it was stop & go traffic. Then some big truck T-boned a pickup at that location. Normally I would have just enough time to make it back home, but since all that, I'm sitting at Newell's off I-135 in Newton.

I started at 3 AM at Osseo WI, drop and hook in Hopkins, transfer trailer to Golden Valley, BT to Mounds View transfer yard, unload in Marathon, reload in Jim Valley, head to springfield by noon tomorrow. 605 miles today and all I got to was Albert Lee MN at 5 PM.
