I believe it calculates actual miles. I only used the zip codes on certain locations. I was working on city to city locations, but when I got into larger cities, I would use the zip codes. Our loads are round trip, so I would put in our location as the starting and ending point, then the other city/cities on the route. The only time I would use a zip code was in cities like Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Des Moines, etc.

They were in a hurry for the info today, so I didn't get a chance to really play with it and see what all it could do. I plan to play with it a lot more in the next few days.

Gotta go to bed and sleep.... Just don't feel like. Woke up at 10:00 this morning, slept for over 8 hrs... Finishing taking my 34... Feel like staying up till 3:00 or 4:00 but must get up at 3:30... So, better have my last meal of the day and hit the sack. You all have a good night.:smt039
