Back home after spending a couple of nights at TripCo on US-400, Severy, KS. No showers, more of a convenient store with truck parking. Was loading rock out of Martin Marietta's Blake Quarry, delivering to Unruh Excavating's site 5 mile W of Kingman, KS. There's so many trucks loading out of there, it took at least an hour to get loaded.

Will be leaving Sunday evening for Chanute, (Ashgrove Plant) loading CKD (Concrete Kiln Dust) for the Rubbermaid plant in Wellington. Really looking forward to this. CKD is real treat to haul. It's a real fine powder, and sticks to anything. We have to sweep out our trailers after unloading, and it gets all over you.

But all is not lost;a co-worker drivin maniac friend of mine called and he's 400 mi behind me.He informed me in his wallet are 50 $1 bills..So off to "Shotgun Willie's" I go and wait for him.

Located in Laurel,MT;in case your in the area and want to rid your wallet of $1 bills.:biggrin_255: I of course do not have ANY money in mine.

Allentown, PA at the loading dock. 14:30 appointment, the forklift just rolled into the trailer at 08:00 :D I should be able to unload today and maybe get a 34 in. Not needed, but nice to have a full 70 to start the week.
