I would not make a good local driver.... hate city traffic... it's very stressful and tiresome... no patience for that... Yesterday I went through Philadelphia twice but traffic jam wasn't too bad. Today, I went through it again and it was awful! One hr traffic jam... and as if that wasn't enough, had to go through Baltimore and Washington... Oh, Lord have mercy... Now in VA. Tomorrow going to NY again... But it's going to be a different route.

I send 3 loads to each of the 3 drivers without assigning first. If one gets to the shipper and none of his are ready, he can take one of the other loads, let me know which one it was, then I send a message to the other driver and let him know that load was picked up and give him the number of the load that wasn't ready. The 3 drivers see each other all day so they can give a heads up to the others, also.
