LOL... I may be tough in the summer but in the winter... it's almost unbearable...

 

Loaded up, leaving Oxnard. Shooting to make I home before night fall on the 4th so I can watch the fire work show with the family. Gonna be shooting up the 15 when I get to it and then shoot across 80.

 

Will be at a truck stop - Pilot - in Texas on 4th of July... I have spent several holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving, etc at truck stops, Walmart parking lots... but that doesn't really matter to me...

 

They may have Sam Bass' Bar there, and Gramma Max's restaurant. But what PEElot Flippin'-J Inc. did to the truckstop is a crime. That's become one of the worst bung-holes around.

 

Pulling into Barstow to put on some fresh tire shine and keep on rollin. Gotta keep her clean and shinny.

 

Off to Greeley,CO in a few to get rid of an A/C unit..and then giddy-up(?) to San Jose,CA.

 

I'm a little early, but I want to wish everybody a safe and happy Independence Day. For those with A/C issues, I hope they're fixed before it gets hotter than a 4th of July firecracker.

 

I'm in Washington court house Ohio where they haven't heard of 3G yet.

 

Days inn Waterloo ia Too hot for ththe truck and I have to wait until Thursday for a wide load. Hope they have some fireworks around here somewhere
