I don't know if this will help get the song out of your head, but you could always try:

Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go, laughing all the way
    Bell on bobtails ring
    making spirits bright
what fun it is to laugh and sing
    a sleighing song tonight.

It's off to the shower for me. Hope you're a little happier now

The rest area in MD SB on 95 just south of Jessup.

Gotta cover 605 miles to deliver in SC tomorrow, then won't have enough to get the 85 miles home. But no worries. Be home before daylight Friday, and off 'til Thursday. Cuz I said so.

OH, and AC is now working for a near-record TWO consecutive nights....this time is was a fuse and an actuator...

You may not have an e-log... I am sick and tired of that stupid "nanny-box" telling me, "you have so many hrs and so many mins of service/driving time... " :biggrin_25510:

This was by far the quietest 4th ever. I heard a few distant booms, but that was early in the evening.

Pack, so glad to hear your A/C is holding out and you'll soon be at the homefront. Do you have a "honey do" list waiting for you when you get there?

Rocks, glad to hear you got in a quiet night. Not sure how hot it is where you are in TX, but getting through the scorching midwest to WI may seem like you never left TX. Last I heard, WI is about as warm as it is here.

Bumpers, that pic may cause permanent vision loss

The kids are jonesing for their breakfast and I need to get ready to head to my other "home". I'm hoping the traffic isn't as bad as it was coming home Tuesday night. Talk about crazy. Catch y'all later.

Fort Mill, SC sitting on a government JIT load that I picked up yesterday to deliver in Charlotte and Fayetteville tomorrow. At least I'm getting a 34 out of it.
