At the house thinking about getting the Concours 14 out for a cruise..

 

I'm in Vicaville,CA getting a load of weather panels (whatever they are) for Tunnel City,WI..And I cant find that town in my Atlas.Still I wonder..Is Rocks going to let me catch her? (Probably not)

 

90 miles from home, and zippo hours left today. No biggie.

Honey-Do List? Not this time....pick up my son Sunday and head to NC for his college orientation. By the time I get back, it'll be time to hit the road in the truck again. Wifey and I are not seeing eye-to-eye at the moment any way....

 

Denver still... had a lot of fun with my grandson this week. He's being exiled to the kiddy penal institution otherwise known as "school" for the first time today.

 

Tunnel City is an unincorporated census-designated place in the town of Greenfield, in Monroe County, Wisconsin, United States,[SUP][4][/SUP][SUP][5][/SUP] named for the train tunnel just to the west which was used by the Chicago and North Western Railway (trackage now abandoned west of the tunnel) and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad (Milwaukee Road). The existing track is owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway, and carries the Amtrak Empire Builder passenger train, though rail traffic is dominated by freight. How long are you planning to stay at home, IP? Are you or the family anywhere close to the fires? I can't remember if my folks said there were fires up there or not. I know there are several in the state. What all did you do with the young'un?
