You know how rare that skill is that a driver either slow down or stop and assess the situation. See it every day in this business. Everything from the customer to parking in a truckstop. I believe it mostly involves a driver so wrapped up in himself that he/she believes they are the center of the universe that only they exist and they can just do whatever they need to do and the rest of the universe be dammed.
