I was mostly talking car and pickup drivers in my post on the last page.
Although SOME big trucks fly by me or dont move over.
I am under yet ANOTHER tree. This one maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of a mile from SDV.
Have been kinda busy so far today....

That would be another one of the things that irritates me. When I get over for someone/thing on the side of the road, somebody usually whizzes around me and passes me on the right with no comprehension as to why I switched lanes. If they'd just wait until I'm past the breakdown, I'd get right back over, but they don't have time to wait.

If I can't get in the other lane, I'll ride the zipper as close as I can get.

It doesn't matter what you try to do to stay within the limits of the laws and rules of the road, very few around pay attention. Pretty sad when somebody dies and the person who was in the vehicle moving slower, yet still within the speed limit, is charged, because they weren't going as fast as the vehicle that hit them.

I still say they should do away with speed limits, laws, and rules; maybe the ignorance gene pool would clear out a bit.

Hey JimBob... when I woke up this morning, the mpt spots on my both sides were still empty! :yes2557: I guess both were too short in length for a truck... don't know but I can't complain... :biggrin_25519: Now I'm at a FJ in Columbus, SC. Got me a great easy out spot and will leave around 2 am. Will not have much sleep. Finishing cooking my supper and after my meal will try to rest some. It's going to be a very busy day tomorrow. One delivery drop & hook, then 2 pick ups. Have been running really hard. Most of my pick/ups are preloaded when I get there, delivery are drop & hooks ASAP with no appointments and I don't spend more than 10 hrs during my breaks. Will prepare a spinach and radish salad now....
