Dangit, I guess you 2(Trans and Flip) will be long gone by 2-3 o'clock? Might take longer, trainee still having problems with the gear. Good thing my transmission is under warrenty!
No idea, tainee missed an exit so we're trying to figure out what to do. Paper maps not of help since I was still in the bunk when he took off, GPS has no signel, Qualcomm no signel.
Theres talk around Clayton of putting him with someone else so he can get training with the Peoplenet.
Where are you

I'm trying to figure out how he got a CDL....he actually passed the drive test.....must have been an automatic for the test.
He needs to learn to shift before he can figure out how to communicate with dispatch!-insert name- Thanks this. -
He was trained in a Metortior(?) 18, mine's a 10 Fuller. He's got it on the low, but the high gears are to far apart for him. He'll get it. I think he's been watching me float them... I need to stop doing that.

Meritor....Yeah....what's your point? Same thing, just no splitting in the 10.
I get it...he only has one knob and one button to play with....
Tell him to try using only one hand!!!!!
-insert name- Thanks this. -

It's fairly obvious I wasn't cut out for it. While I never had any issues on the road, some shippers and recivers lots in the dark of night reached out and bit me.
I am sitting in SDV until 17:00 to see if anything else comes out. Then delivering a 6# box..... -

Parked on the Cartersville yard, need to call a service guy tomorrow for the trailer. He needs to get his wielding stuff so he can put the ICC bumper on. It was bungee'd when I got it, took the bungee off and it hit the ground.
It's been confirmed, Tres called and said I need to get something going for Clayton. "It will easier if you meet the other truck, so you can roll as soon as he's out." -
Busy day today... Drop n hook in AL, then rushed to shipper in Calhoun, Ga, then did another drop n hook in Conley/Atlanta, GA, then rushed to Pilot in Madison, Ga. Picking up tomorrow morning about 15 mins from here and then going through Atlanta again.... Did PTI, cleaned windows, mirrors, swept trailer, did paperwork, took shower, walked to Walmart nearby for some shopping... on my way back to truck, driver next to me offered me some food, beef, eggs, etc.. I kindly thanked him... but no... I wonder if he thought I was starving... actually I was, but I prepared a wonderful meal here in the truck... vegetarian...

Transam Pete, you don't use your own GPS? I never used my company's Navigation "thing". First time I tried, just for curiosity, the thing couldn't find the location... I do my own routing, plan my own fuel stops (using the network provided by company). My planning takes some time, specially if I take back roads, gotta check restrictions... On "obscure" country roads and others, I use google maps satellite view to see how they look and if there are big trucks on those roads...
