i dont understand the reasoning behind the companies that dont know here all thier MT's are
Transam might be a lot of things but i drop trailer 272112 and pickup trailer 116208 at same location
last time we had any problem with MT Budweiser was slow unloading them when dispatch showed 6 MT on site
but that was once in last 8 months
Where are you

I can drive for 12 hrs without feeling tired....
But I can hardly do bookkeeping for 2 straight hrs...
My eyes get very heavy, tired, I get headache and feel sleepy...
but I have finished! Yeah!!
Now I can start something else. But what?

I found out today that our box planner is going to put me in charge of keeping track of the trailers we use for the GM account I handle. It's a good thing I keep a daily plan of where each trailer begins and ends the day. I only have 7 vans to keep track of, and thankfully the driver I have on the account is excellent at letting me know if he takes one of the trailers to the drop yard and picks up a better one.
Things are beginning to pick up this week, and over the next few weeks it's going to get even busier. And already the drivers are complaining because of the work load and they are having to do too much. One of the drivers copped an attitude with me today because of where he was sent, and another of the drivers called him to tell him he got the load the other normally does. We have about 3-4 $h!7 starters and they think it's funny to get some of the others all upset, then call the office and take it out on us. I don't think I'd make a good dispatcher, because if it was me, the ones that want to do that kind of BS would find themselves without loads, or very short loads. Then again, the one that goes crying to everyone because he got a call saying the other driver got "his" load, would find himself in the same boat. I tell ya, buncha pooh pooh starters and whiners. I don't know what they'll do when we get into the peak season.

Got a few more things to do after my last post. Got the paperwork somehow swapped with someone else at one stop. Was a new guy on the forklift.
Anyhow overall it was a decent day.
Rolled in at 19:30. Had a nice dinner. Going to check one more thread and a couple other websites and then ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ -
