Erie, PA at the Pilot. Left the house Tuesday morning, picked up a load in Augusta, GA and took it to Rochester, NY. Got another load 20 miles away, delivers in Beech Island, SC Saturday.

It'll be nice to see the sun again....awfully dreary. Hope everyone got through Sandy OK....

Hey Eaton... at least your company does fix their trucks' problems.... I have a friend driver, his "company" doesn't really care about fixing anything and he is constantly trying to fix things by himself.... :biggrin_2552: He has spent quite some money at Home Depot trying to fix holes in the trailer... even bought a ladder... His company not only doesn't seem to care but also doesn't give him time to stop and have some work done in the truck. He already got violations for brake problems. :biggrin_25510: Stuff that he knew was wrong but company didn't care.... :biggrin_25513: Be safe out there driver! :yes2557:

I like days like that too...:yes2557: Finished my day early at 15:00. Walmart didn't need me to do store loads... my dispatcher doesn't have anything for me yet either. So, got an mpt trailer and came to a FJ in KY. Got here early enough to get a very good parking spot. What I mean by that is nobody can block me. :yes2557:

'olhand and TP... prayers to your wives for good health.

Parked behind a Walmart in Cobleskill NY... that stinkin' little PEElot in Rotterdam was already overflowing by 6 PM. Actually, this is a much better choice!

Barstow CA. Only a short day today , 500 miles. Got to Barstow and wanted to put the truck through the "streakin beacon" to wash off all the road sand and salt from up in Canada . Got it washed and just felt really tired all of a sudden so decided to park it here and go into Los Angeles early in the morning. Got all day tommorow to make the drop and then head to Oxnard for first pick Saturday morning so no real big hurry.
