You just take your time and drive at a speed you feel is safe and comfortable to you, Eaton. That road salt doesn't do any good if it's in a ditch.
I don't mess around with bronchitis. I did one time and it turned to walking pneumonia, which took almost 6 months to get completely healed from. My lungs and chest still feel like they're on fire every time I cough, but this is only day 1 of taking the antibiotic. I hope your brother doesn't mess around with his crud. It's not worth it to feel bad that long.
I'm taking my achy body off to bed and see if it feels better in the morning. I'm just saying a prayer this snow holds off until after I get home tomorrow. You be safe out there tomorrow.
IP, it sounds like you're done for the day. Regular dispatch will find you a load right away, I bet.
Where are you

HAHAHA... You guys don't have this mosquito repellent coil in America? Can't remember...
Well... it may be forbidden there for some reason. I would need 4 or 5 in this room with all the mosquitoes there are here... But then I would get throat ache...
not good for sure...

Just checked and you can get those here in the states. I too thought they looked like stove top burners, or some July 4th fireworks..
Rocks Thanks this. -
Hey Eaton18, thanks for the info... just found out this info, "One mosquito coil equals 100 cigarettes, say expert..."
Found it here...http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/one-mosquito-coil-equals-100-cigarettes-says-expert-130632
I knew this stinky throat aching incense wasn't good for my health...
I will have to find somenthing else. Sick and tired of this infestation of mosquitoes here every night. At least I have a mosquito net over my bed.

Teddy_bear, you take good care of yourself girl. You're right, can't take any chances with this nasty disease. Hope you get some good rest and enter the new year feeling much better... You too be safe out there.

I remember those burning on our patio in 1974 when we lived in Naples, FL. And the military bombers converted to aerial applicators flying overhead releasing clouds of brownish-orange mosquito killer. I'm not sure that any of it actually worked, but the stuff the planes were spraying smelled pretty good, to me at least.

camping on cape hatteras in the 60's
the rangers would ride around in a truck fogging
the whole campground couldnt breathe for 10 minutes afterwards
but there were no more bugs
maybe my copd is from that and not these cigs -
Made it to work with no problems this morning. I even managed to whisper my way through quite a few phone calls. 3 hours after I got there, the other gal told me if I wanted to make it home I should get my stuff and head out. Called the boss, he said get going, and his plans to be out of town got cancelled due to weather and he would be in this afternoon to help out. I think a couple more days of resting might help me feel better and if I can keep my mouth shut, I may even get most of my voice back (y'all be nice about what you say about that
)
