Elkton MD at the ex-Petro-now-Flyin'-PEELOT-Hook, after bouncing down to pickup a load in downtown Baltimore. Headed for downtown Philly... first thing in the AM.

 

If it's like the Icon idle system on a cummins it is one wire that is connected to one of the batteries. You simply unhook it and your good to go. I just unhooked mine the other night because the ####### mechanics at the volvo dealer hooked it back up when they replaced the batteries.

The Volvo version is the same. Just a fuse off the battery's.
Just put it back in before you go to your terminals for inspection. Or blow a fuse that is the correct one, then when they check it will not look like you did it.
And keep a supply of blown fuses around.
