Breezewood, PA... knew I should have played hookie on this load. It's gonna snow tomorrow, and I WAS in 80-degrees a couple of days ago. :(

You should make Breezewood home; you're there enough.

It's so cold inside this truck, I dropped some water on the floor and it froze immediately... :biggrin_2559: didn't even have time to wipe it off...

You can be sure that my truck was never shut off until the outside temperature reached 40F. Igloos are warmer than that, and if I wanted to be cold I'd get a job in Antarctica.

    :laughing-guffaw: LMAO :laughing-guffaw:

You guys are totally right... This is too much... My hands are soooo cold that I can't even move my fingers to type... So, I turned the engine on :yes2557: Before the truck freezes up. Got a msg from my dsp this afternoon saying the idle got out of control again and asking drivers to shut engine off whenever possible.... Well, he well knows that my idle is constantly below 10. But this evening I sent him a msg saying, I am in ND... the temp is in the tens and I must stay in the truck, so I will idle so truck doesn't freeze up overnight and I can survive.
This truck has practically no insulation at all... Every time a driver smokes in his truck next to me, I can smell the smoke inside this truck and it impregnates everywhere... it stays in my nostrils and head... :biggrin_25510:

That a girl Rocks. Keep that truck warm, NOTHING worth freezing over if it can be avoided. You deserve to be warm and comfortable !!!

My company charges drivers that idle above their acceptable limit... I think that's about 2 hrs per day... not sure. I rarely idle but will idle longer than that tonight. Don't want to risk not being able to turn engine on in the morning.
