I am at home. At the new place, about to sleep in it for the first time since we closed on in over 4 weeks ago.

Then....in the morning...I'll take a brief...very brief shower. Because we have to have nearly 2K worth of plumbing work on Monday. Alas....roots have invaded and broken some pipe in the back yard. Fortunately, the back yard is sloped and all we got was a little bit of backup in the shower. Had our lot been level, we may have had a flood. But had the lot been flat, the previous owner may have experienced problems before we did, so it may have already been fixed.

IT'S GREAT TO BE HOME! SORTA!:biggrin_25523:

No septic system. Main drain line from the house...I guess. I know as much about plumbing as I do about not locking cats in bedrooms.....

FIXED! Don't kid yourself Packard, they were hoping no one ever ran that shower enough to notice it backing up!

TA, New Braunfels TX... adding to this month's expense bill... B Service. I get to add a cleaned out DPF over the weekend. Oh joy! Heading up the road a piece to pickup a drop 'n hook after my hours magically reappear at midnight. POOF!!!

    48Packard and Hammer166 Thank this.

Maybe you could get some ruby red slippers, click your heels together and the hours will double before midnight.
