I should have stayed home. First load, KCI, flat tire. Could have been on the lift axle, but no, had to be on the rear. Had a big nail in it. Managed to get enough air to dump. Went to Faucett MO for repair.
Loaded at New Market and headed to Rossville. About 30 mi later, oil pressure warning, check engine light. Well I'm sitting at Foley's in Topeka. They think it's just the sending unit.

Been a pretty decent day considering--got all of today 1/2 tomorrow done also--alas still 2 Dallas area drops left--but@least b mt san Antonio 2moro aft instead of thur nite--so ain't complainin---
On another note if u r unhappy w/ur job QUIT move on do whatever it takes to b happy but PLEASE once it gets to the point that I finally tell u I DONT GIVE A ####-take a hint!
Was @a drop in Ft Worth unloading--heavy ### pallets of butter--6 high-gotta knock 2 layers off--goin bout my biz--(break in down in wagon--so easier to pull out)as I pull one to dock--driver is standing there giving lumpers hard time out whatever--then invites himself intoMY wagon to tell me if "his boss expected him to do all that work he'd quit--he's a driver not a lumper--blah blah--I try all the usual pleasentries and jokes--he don't get it--meanwhile im bustin my ### throwin 40# cases--Finally I nicely say "I work for really good folks who pay me very well--& this is just part of the deal"
Still no luck--he goes on telling me why HE wouldn't put up w/that kinda ####--so finally I tell him not so nicely this time--"I don't give a ####what u think im fine--but if ur gonna keep blowin smoke up my ###-get a glove &get in the game!" I got 2 more plts to breakdown--he reiterates he's a driver NOT a lumper!

Anyway had to let that out.....
Oh yeah just cuz now im in the mood--Hey kw9--all those picks r on the same street!! Ain't that tough--LOL
Just had Ta tease ya--good job....
Oh yeah thus thread--at quiet little hidey hole in Grand Prarie--can't do this drop till 0200--debating on call in a cab and goin to the rangers game--but prolly shouldnt--gotta sleep sometimes--Lol

WOW! Sorry you are stuck there Mr. Pete... It's almost 90F here... And wind is blowing hard... It has been very windy every where I go since last Saturday.... Very windy today too but thankfully I was 76,000 lbs total... I know my next load will be very light tomorrow... I know those folks...
