Searched on line for the meaning of "ty" and it seems it is "thank you"... YAW... (You Are Welcome) :yes2557:
....But let me tell you, there were many bobtails in the 18 wheeler section yesterday.

Well after my delivery this morning in a lot too small to believe and a quick stop at TK that turned into an all day affair, I'm now officially and finally on home time.

(BTW, Otter thanks for all of your input. It was appreciated but as you said moot as I knew I was heading for home and a reset :biggrin_25525:)

Back home in my chair with the heat pad on my back.

What a crazy day. It seemed everything that could go wrong, it did. The first 4 hours we just keep reworking the dispatch sheet. Assign to one driver, take it off him, put on another because one or the other couldn't make the original. I wish some of these drivers could learn how to trip plan. Honestly, they pick up a load today, deliver it somewhere in the morning, come back, get the paperwork for another, take their break, deliver the next load. They all get a 34 on the weekends, and yet Monday morning we have 2-3 drivers that are late, because they wait until the last minute to leave, and miscalculate how long it will take them to get to the receiver, and end up being late. Then they want to beyatch when they don't get a decent run or lots of miles.

I'm going to warm my back for a while, then take myself to bed, and hopefully get some decent sleep tonight.

    FloTheWaitress and Rocks Thank this.

It finally stopped here, and today was mostly sunny, high in the 70's, light breeze. Funny how when you got here the winter weather appeared, and when you left, spring returned :biggrin_25522:

Gotta give Pete a big ~HUG~

The weather in Houston started out ok. But then it gave another little taste of August.... YUCK!
The little TS where I keep the trailer has some of the rudest drivers and lousy parkers I've ever seen. I never hooked today so I PRESUME the trailer is still there....

Never sat still long enough to wait on my phone to go online. Made 7 deliveries all with the pickup truck only. Got in here while company still out there because I plan to be asleep by 21:00

Cheyenne, Wy. With a blown air bag. I'm sure we were greatly appreciated about midnight, when it went "BOOM!" with the overlift engaged.
