I'm doing a reset here from today until Wednesday morning then got to deliver and reload for Montreal . At least that's the plan at the moment. So tommorow I think I will get some beers and enjoy them while I have a spring clean of the truck. Gotta sort out the tool boxes and give the carpets a shampoo in the cab. Run it through the wash bay as well. That should require 4 to 6 beers to get done, just better run it through the wash BEFORE I crack open the first beer!!

Naw, not singing that Eagles song....
Well yesterday done what is tradional for us during Memorial day, took flowers out to my oldest daugter's, little sister's, sister-in-law's, great-nephew's, ect, graves. They're all in the same 100' area. Of course we had granddaughter along, as my oldest daughter was her mom. It's been a little over 10 yrs now since we lost her. Then went to my mom's house was visiting her and step-dad when wife received a call. Her mom is not responding.
So we rushed to her mom's house, and it doesn't look good. Very labored breathing, will not wake up, eat, nothing. This is not surprising, she's been on a roller coaster ride for several months now. Some days good, some not so. This time however the doc feels it's better to just let "it" run its course. We stayed there for awhile, then came home. Wife returned back to her mom's house last night around 10 pm, as family was starting to gather. So far haven't received any update, but am expecting the news that she has passed. I think this will be a blessing, as she's been bed ridden, and her daughters have had to stay with her 24/7 for well over a year now. Just not much of life when all you can do is lay in bed, can't feed yourself and all.
I'm suppose to load this morning in Chanute with dust to go to Andover, 12-1pm delivery. Not a typical delivery time when we haul this stuff, but I like this option way better than having to leave at 1am to load and deliver by 6am.Last edited by a moderator: May 9, 2015
