I finally gave up on Flying J and Pilot altogether...I kind of hoped for an improvement in the customer service at the Flying J's after the takeover but it was not to be, If anything the customer service has gotten worse! (I didn't think it was possible)
I had a bad experience at the Flying J near Texarkana on I-40 that just finally pushed me away from them altogether.
There are enough other places to fuel that won't treat me like a leper when I'm spending my money there that I don't need to deal with the J's anymore. -
